The ‘Reserve’ button on our online catalogue (Heritage Online) has disappeared. Therefore it is not currently possible to reserve an item which is on loan via our online catalogue. We have informed our IT Department who administer the online version of our catalogue and we hope that this problem will be rectified shortly.
In the mean time, if you need to reserve an item you can do it in the library or, if you cannot visit the library, then email us. Remember that reservations can only be made on an item when all copies of it are on loan.
As far as we aware, all other functions of the online catalogue are working correctly.
